[Notes on tickets]

• In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, tickets will be sold as follows.

[GW period (April 28 (Thu.) - May 8 (Sun.)), Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays]

• Ticket sales will be conducted on a "date and time" basis to limit the number of visitors per day.
• If you wish to attend the event on these dates, please purchase a "Timed Entry Ticket" or "Timed Entry Novelty set ticket". Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities.

[Weekdays]

• Although the date and time are not specified, numbered tickets may be issued or admission may be denied depending on how crowded the venue is on the day. If you wish to come on a weekday, please purchase a "Weekday Ticket" or "Weekday Novelty set ticket".
• If you wish to visit the venue more than once on a weekday (regardless of whether it is on the same day or on different days), please purchase a separate ticket for each visit.


(Even if you purchase multiple tickets at the same time, you will only receive one QR code, which cannot be reused on different days.)

[General Notes on Tickets]

• This exhibition will be open to the public using QR code tickets. QR Code Ticket" is a ticket with a QR code that will be issued upon completion of ticket purchase and payment.
• QR code tickets can be purchased at the e-plus website or at the ticket counter at the venue on the day of the exhibition. Please note that only tickets for the day of your visit will be sold at the ticket counter. Please note that there will be no ticket sales for times when the number of tickets for a specific date and time exceeds the scheduled number.
• The QR code will be displayed on the screen after the payment is completed, or it will be sent by e-mail (file attachment) to the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase.
• Please be sure to capture the screen with your smartphone or save the email as it will be required for admission.
• A maximum of two "QR Code Tickets" per ticket type can be purchased per transaction. Please be sure to enter the venue with a companion.

• If you purchase more than one ticket for the same show, only one QR code will be issued for each show. If you purchase two "Weekday Ticket" or "Weekday Novelty set ticket", only one QR Code will be given instead of one for each ticket purchased.
• Please note that you will not be given a QR code for the number of tickets purchased. Also, goods will be given out not according to the number of QR codes, but according to the number of Novelty set ticket purchased.
• The QR code will be scanned upon entry. Please note that once the QR code is scanned, it becomes invalid. Please note that "QR Code Tickets" cannot be distributed.
• When multiple QR Code Tickets are purchased at the same time, only one QR Code will be issued, so multiple people can enter the venue at the same time, but they cannot use the same QR Code to enter the venue one by one on different days.

Two people can use the ticket on Tuesday, May 10. One person can use the ticket on Tuesday, May 10, but one person cannot use the ticket on Wednesday, May 11.

• There will be no additional sales of sold-out "Timed Entry Tickets" and "Timed Entry Novelty set ticket" during the exhibition period.
• All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be changed, refunded or reissued.
• Please come to the venue at the entrance time indicated on the ticket for "Timed Entry Ticket" and "Timed Entry Novelty set ticket". If you are late, you may not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable.
• If you are late for the admission time slot due to unavoidable reasons such as delays in public transportation, please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the exhibition, as the response will vary depending on the reason.
• To enter the exhibition, you will need one of the following tickets: Timed Entry Ticket, Timed Entry Novelty set ticket, Weekday Ticket, Weekday Novelty set ticket, or Invitation Ticket.
• All prices include tax.
• Please refrain from reselling tickets for commercial purposes (purchasing tickets for resale is against the law and may be punished). The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems arising from the transfer or resale of tickets.
• Payment must be made within the time period after applying for the ticket reservation on the e-plus website. If payment is not made by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. Please make sure to pay before the deadline.
• If you are a junior or senior high school student, you may enter the venue with a general admission or university student ticket, but the difference between the two tickets will not be refunded. The same applies to elementary school students who enter with general/university or junior/senior high school tickets. Also, if a "general public/university student" has a "junior high school/high school student" or "elementary school student" ticket, or a "junior high school/high school student" has an "elementary school student" ticket, they will not be admitted even if they pay the difference.
• If you are unable to purchase tickets on the e-plus website (if you do not have a PC or smartphone, or if you only have a cell phone), you can purchase tickets at the ticket counter at the venue on the day of the exhibition only during the exhibition period. However, there will be no ticket sales for times that have already been sold out. Please understand this in advance.
• If you purchase tickets via computer, please print out the QR code ticket you purchased and bring it to the venue on the day of the event.
• If the venue is crowded, you may be asked to wait before entering.
• Only one entry is allowed per QR code. Once the QR code has been scanned, it will no longer be valid, so please be sure to enter with a companion. Please note that QR Code tickets cannot be distributed. It is also non-refundable.
• "QR Code Ticket" must be presented at the entrance. If the "QR Code Ticket" cannot be confirmed, you will not be admitted for any reason.
• The following are some of the most common cases, so please be careful.
• In the case of smartphones, the QR Code cannot be read due to lack of charge, damage to the display (excessive cracking), or processing.
• If you print out a QR code ticket, please make sure that the paper is wet or damaged so that the QR code cannot be read.

• Tickets for this exhibition are required for elementary school students and above. Preschool children may enter the exhibition with one parent or guardian over the age of 18 who holds a ticket.
• Preschool children who do not have a ticket or invitation will not receive any visitor privileges.
• Ticket purchase is required for those with disability certificate.
• Admission is free for one caregiver per ticket for those with a disability certificate.
• If you have a caregiver, please present your ticket and disability certificate at the time of admission. No visitor privileges will be given to accompanying persons without tickets or invitations.
• If you are a junior or senior high school student or an elementary school student, you may be asked to show your student ID card, student handbook, insurance card, etc. when entering the venue. Please do not forget to bring them to the venue.

[Notes on Timed Entry Tickets and Timed Entry Novelty set ticket]

• There are two types of tickets available: Timed Entry Tickets and Timed Entry Novelty set ticket. They may be sold out depending on sales conditions. We recommend that you purchase your tickets as soon as possible.
• When you purchase a "Timed Entry Ticket" or "Timed Entry Novelty set ticket", you will be asked to select the following admission time zone.

• Please note that there may be a waiting period and admission may be delayed due to circumstances.
• Tickets can be purchased for each session for which there are remaining tickets. However, please note that the deadline for purchase differs depending on the payment method.

Q. Cancellations / Changes

Cancellations / Changes are not possible for this ticket after confirming your order. Please transfer your ticket (QR code) to your friend or family, if you can not go. We prohibit the resale of tickets at higher than our original prices for the purpose of profit. We will ask you to another time slot if you will be late at the specified time listed on your ticket(You may have to wait for your admission depending on be crowded).
